Making Natural Soap At Home
If I add Biotin to my home made face mask will it help?
I have this out break of pimples on my forehead that have been here for 3 weeks! I wash my face twice a day with oil/fragrance free Burt’s soap and have been applying Aloe Vera also twice a day. I have only recently developed oily skin and having skin blemishes/problems are new to me.
I make a paste from ground oatmeal and water and I’m wondering if adding the Biotin vitamins I take to the paste and apply it directly to my face will help?
Any at home and natural remedies out there that will help?
Manuka honey from New Zealand with an active rating +15 will clear up the face in a short time. It can be used at night before your shower. Take a spoonful and coat your face with a thin layer of honey for 30 minutes then wash it off. it is a great moisturizer. The Manuka honey will kill the bacteria causing the breakouts and also reduce any scaring that can take place.
